He thanked everyone concerned for their work on the Charity Day.</div> <bR> <div> <B>Hon Secretary:</B></div> <div> Adrian personally thanked the Charity committee for their hard work yet again. The Rainbow Centre had again thanked us for our donation.</div> <bR> <div> Adrian will continue to share quite a bit of the organising of events this year with Ray Cook. Apologies for those not present and of some members who are not renewing were give.</div> <bR> <div> <B>Hon Treasurer:</B></div> <div> Pete Stubbs presented the books to the members present and supplied them with a print out of the income and expenditure of the Society's main bank account. <I>(for security reasons the figures are not shown here)</I>. He had also bought the actual books in for anyone present to check through. </div> <bR> <div> <B>Hon Handicap Secretary: </B></div> <div> Ray updated us on the number of members and reminded us that if we were cut shots last year for winning etc they will be returned 12 months on.</div> <bR> <div> <B>Outgoing Captain: </B></div> <div> Tommy Frampton thanked everyone for their support over the last 12 months and I was agreed that he'd done a sterling job.</div> <bR> <div> <B>Incoming Captain: </B></div> <div> Mike Sinacola stepped up as Captain following his year as Vice Captain. Mike has chosen July to be his Captain's Day month. Further details to be advised.</div> <div> Ray Cook was nominated and voted in as Vice Captain to Mike.</div> <div>                                     </div> <div> <B>Election of Officers:</B></div> <div> Matthew asked if anybody else would care to stand for one of the Officer positions. No person came forward and the existing committee were unanimously voted in.</div> <bR> <div> <B>Announcement of next years fixtures:</B></div> <div> Adrian ran through the list <I>(as shown under the </I><I><B>fixtures</B></I><I> page of this site)</I>. It was agreed that Night Golf would continue but that we would buy our own balls in from the USA that had LED's inside rather than glow sticks.</div> <bR> <bR> <div> <B>Any Other Business:</B></div> <div> <B><IMG BORDER="0" SRC="Symb075c00b700c800000000.png" HEIGHT="13" WIDTH="24" ALIGN="bottom" HSPACE="0" VSPACE="0">Our charity for 2012</B></div> <div> A vote was taken regarding our charity support. It was decided that we would split the charity pot 4 ways. The Rainbow Centre, Hannah's House, Petersfield Society and Rose Road were chosen with a provision of a "war chest" which will be there for any urgent charity purchases that we can afford. This will be funded by 50% of the monthly sweepstake money, the remainder being for the prize.
