To date, Hampshire Hackers have raised a whopping £38,649.
2011
Our charity day this year was on 13th September, held at Rowlands Castle Gold Club for the second year running. This year we were very proud that Dunhill Property Management was our event sponsor. Thank you.
Our aim was to raise in excess of £5,000 and we are delighted to announce that the final figure was £5,600.
Our after dinner entertainment was supplied courtesy of broadcaster, singer and comedian, Shep Woolley (www.shepwoolley.com). This really was THE CHARITY DAY not to miss.
This year, yet again, Tommy Frampton cycled from Paris to Hayling raising yet more money for the charity's coffers. Joined by Yvonne (Tommy's better and certainly more attractive other half) they cycled until they were sore! Next year it is Tommy's intention to cycle from John O'Groats to Lands End.
We always have a Roll of Honour of people and businesses that helped us in our efforts to raise money. Click here for a full list.
Well done Portland Recovery, who won for the second year running.

For 2010, we have again voted in favour of The Rainbow Centre in Fareham. Our Charity golf day was on Tuesday 14th September 2010 and was held at Rowlands Castle Golf Club. Fantastic news too as we raised £4760 approx. Outstanding result and thanks to everyone that contributed to making this a success.

2009
Pared back to allow for the current recession, we still achieved 17 teams and used a shotgun start facility. The day was a success, even though there was heavy rain for the remaining 9 holes. The exact figure that we raised will be published here as soon as is possible. Our beneficiary was again The Rainbow Centre in Fareham.
Thank you to all who helped put this event on, to Southwick Park for their facilities and course, and to everyone who either participated or donated (or both).

2008
The total raised this year was an incredible £9896.00 plus an additional £500+ in gift aid donations. Thank you so much for all your help.
This year's charity day was again successfully held at Cams Hall Estate Golf Club. A full compliment of 30 teams took to the fairways to raise money for the Rainbow Centre, Fareham. Apart from a sudden thunderstorm where most of us became drenched very quickly, and a temporary half hour departure from the course to clubhouse, the weather was excellent. Thank you to all who played, sponsored, donated and worked with us to make this day happen.
As well as supporting The Rainbow Centre, we also purchased a puppy to be trained up to help disabled people for the Canine Partners charity.

Thanks for all your help and support. We have raised 8624.28 net, and with Gift Aid tax break of 28% given by most of those that sponsored Adrian or Christine to lose weight and other donors, this figure is in excess of £9000. It would be fair to say that we and our charities are delighted.
